All custom orders require at least two weeks advanced notice. Payment is required in full 3 days prior to the event.

KB Sweets is not liable for damage due to client negligence or improper handling once the product has been delivered or picked up. Please remember that direct sunlight or temperatures above 75 degrees can have adverse effects on any baked product.

KB Sweets accepts customer’s inspiration and ideas, but will not completely copy someone else’s work. The actual product may vary based on creative interpretation or structural necessity of the cake(s).
